About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a Scheduling Specialist at UW Health Carbone Cancer Center
- Perform scheduling duties during Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Work at 3535 N Bell School Rd., Rockford, Illinois
- Follow variable shift start times of 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Work without weekends or holidays
Requirements
What you’ll need- No minimum education required
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous computer experience
- Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance preferred
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with variable start times
