About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily operations of the ASSA ABLOY Experience Centre
  • Ensure product displays function properly and remain in good condition
  • Engage customers and explain displayed products
  • Help customers prepare bills of quantities according to their requirements
  • Provide ASSA ABLOY marketing collateral
  • Prepare activity calendars for regular customer engagement
  • Invite architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners for demonstrations
  • Set up processes and manage feedback documentation
  • Evaluate enquiries and forward them to the appropriate regional sales management team
  • Follow up with internal teams and external parties to qualify and close enquiries
  • Measure prospect and lead generation based on project estimates and valuation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in interior designing, architecture, mechanical engineering, or MBA in Marketing specialisation
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand showrooms
  • Preferably from the building materials industry or a premium brand
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Proficient in the local language verbally
  • Good command of verbal and written communications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
  • Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand technology and explain it to customers in detail
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Willingness to travel if required
