About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation and manage the project team
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance
Establish communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors
Prepare and present status reports for different audiences, including executive management
Develop and maintain project schedules, considering dependencies and resources
Proactively identify and resolve project issues
Build customer relationships and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–4 years in Project Management with proven success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent
Experience in test planning, implementation, and installation
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Diploma or bachelor’s degree required
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to quickly learn Entrance System applications and lead implementations
Expertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors
Willingness to travel 0%–10%
