About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on AEM-based applications and related integration platform development projects through the entire lifecycle
Collaborate with partner teams and developers under the guidance of a technical lead
Develop technical approaches designed by the technical lead or architect to achieve business requirements
Document solutions and participate in peer reviews with the development team
Deliver and support enterprise-level integration and development involving third-party client-side integrations and request/response flows
Participate in the AEM training program
Gather technical and functional requirements from business teams during discovery
Translate requirements into solutions and document them with technical leads and architects
Support existing implementations through enhancements and bug fixes
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns
Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
Experience or understanding of third-party integrations, including search integrations, authentication handlers, and web services integrations
Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns
Experience working on projects developed using Java/React
Experience conducting code reviews and applying appropriate design patterns
Experience/exposure to agile methodologies
Overall 0–2 years of experience in website or web application development
Experience developing websites using React, Sightly, JSP, Java, or Angular
Experience with servlets, services, and third-party integration
Experience with server-side caching builds such as Symphony or EHcache
Experience with atomic design
Experience with client libraries such as jQuery and ES6
Experience with styling systems and multitenant architecture
Experience with front-end and server-side debugging and issue fixing
Experience with performance improvement, SEO debugging, and tracking
Experience utilizing Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with cloud offerings as a hosting platform
Experience with CI/CD processes
Experience integrating GDPR
Broad web and digital knowledge with an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
Experience with CMS or e-commerce platforms is a plus
Experience with analytics tools, tagging systems, Magento, Salesforce, product management systems, or AI model development/training is a plus
