About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and administer business systems, including ERP, financial and operational applications
- Manage system configuration, user access, security and data integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Coordinate system upgrades, testing, implementations and change activities
- Develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel
- Support business transformation projects, integrations and future system migration initiatives
- Liaise between the business, software vendors and technology partners
- Report to the Financial Controller
- Support, optimise and transform the business systems landscape for ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering and supporting business systems in a finance, service or operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP, financial or business management systems
- Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing or transformation programs
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Desirable: experience with Simpro, IFS, TSM, DoForms, MYOB, Exact or similar systems
- Desirable: Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse or modern data platforms
- Desirable: Power Apps and Power Automate
- Desirable: data governance, process improvement or business analysis methodologies
- Desirable: SQL, data integration or data modelling exposure
