About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the data and integration workstream across global ERP deployment waves
Own data readiness and migration processes, including planning, validation, and go-live support
Establish and enforce data governance standards, data quality, and harmonization across regions
Coordinate integration strategy and ensure seamless data exchange between ERP and aligned systems
Work jointly with business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and stabilization
Serve as the link between business functions, regional teams, IT, ERP delivery teams, and external partners
Drive high-quality data migration and seamless system integrations
Minimize deployment risks and assist business continuity
Oversee ERP integration strategy and align data flows with business and technical architecture standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in ERP data migration, data governance, or master data management (ideally 7+ years)
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations in international or multi-site environments
Understanding of data integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, and ETL
Understanding of ERP data structures
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional data activities
Effective stakeholder communication
Fluency in English
Comfort working in a global environment with international collaboration
Willingness to travel 11%-30%
