About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
Update internal databases weekly with order dates, vendors, and quantities
Prepare monthly and weekly reports covering purchase orders, inward shipments, and delivery delays
Support the Supply Chain Manager with coordination and procurement-related activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and procurement data
Update and maintain data in AX, including factory prices, MOQ, and lead times
Coordinate day-to-day activities with warehousing and other teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with AX/SAP or any other ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite — Advanced Excel and Word
Power BI knowledge would be ideal
MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred; Engineering graduates or any graduate also considered
1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Purchase or Supply Chain functions
