About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support BUILD activities, including testing, bug analysis, solution provision, and delivery readiness
Support RUN activities, including problem triage, root-cause support, testing, and quality follow-up
Work with ERP systems including Dynamics AX09, AX12, and D365, plus integrations in BizTalk and Boomi
Work on projects, change requests, problem tickets, and enhancements for testing processes
Understand business requirements and solutions from Stream Leaders, Solution Architects, and development teams
Prepare, review, and execute unique, integration, and functional test cases, manually and through automation where applicable
Coordinate UAT activities with business users and AMS
Ensure adequate test data and test coverage
Support defect triage and ensure reproducibility and documentation
Follow up on fixes through investigation, debugging, corrective development, documentation updates, and validation before UAT and release
Participate in automated testing initiatives for O2C and Finance streams
Act as a quality gate between design, development, and deployment
Ensure solutions meet agreed functional and quality standards
Support impact analysis across ERP and integrations
Contribute to delivery-readiness assessments before UAT and go-live
Work in an agile delivery setup involving sprints, backlog, and prioritization
Collaborate daily with developers, Solution Architects, and Stream Leaders
Bridge local IT teams and business stakeholders with IT streams and AMS support teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and testing practices
Clarify business requirements and validate solution feasibility with Solution Architects
Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies early in the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of experience in IT delivery roles (BA, Functional Analyst, Tester, Junior Solution Architect or similar)
Experience with test execution, UAT coordination, or delivery quality roles
Exposure to BizTalk and Boomi integration topics is a strong plus
Experience with ERP systems for O2C and Finance Streams, ideally Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009, and D365FO)
Experience working in agile teams; rituals, practices, or certifications are an added value
Experience within consulting companies (ESN) and/or directly in a client environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, and international technical standards
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows
Ability to prioritize and plan work to a high quality and meet deadlines
Ability to work with diverse teams including Process Owners, Super Users, Consultants, Developers, and Suppliers
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to analyze business requirements and design solutions aligned with the EMEA template
Willingness to work at various ASSA ABLOY locations throughout EMEA
Willingness and ability to travel within the role
Ability to communicate completed work and defined, tested, and deployed implementations
Ability to explain requirements, bugs, and ERP or integration work to developers
Ability to explain and demonstrate ERP tools to users
Ability to follow defined IT processes
