Gestire manutenzioni di portoni sezionali, baie di carico e altre soluzioni di accesso in ambito industriale.
Svolgere autonomamente manutenzioni correttive e preventive presso le sedi dei clienti.
Operare sul territorio con un programma giornaliero dettagliato, utilizzando un mezzo aziendale attrezzato.
Individuare e incentivare la vendita dei ricambi secondo le policy aziendali.
Gestire i ricambi assegnati (Van Stock) e svolgere l’inventario annuale.
Collaborare con colleghi e clienti nel dipartimento Service Industriale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ottima preparazione tecnica (Elettrica, meccanica, oleodinamica, ecc…)
Conoscenza anche basilare del mondo degli ingressi automatici quali: cancelli, barriere motorizzate, sezionali, porte rapide, pedane idrauliche.
Buona gestione del cliente in ambito service, orientamento al problem resolving.
Buona attitudine all’interazione con cliente e colleghi per fornire ed elaborare informazioni sui prodotti trattati.
Buona dimestichezza nell’utilizzo dei più comuni dispositivi informatici quali: personal computer, tablet, smartphone.
Determinazione e orientamento ai risultati
Facilità nell’instaurare buoni rapporti interpersonali
Attitudine alla risoluzione di problemi tecnici
Capacità di operare in autonomia pianificando la propria attività
Energia ed entusiasmo
Disponibilità a viaggiare quotidianamente
