About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate financial results and financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support month-end close processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and procedures
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Assist with scenario analysis and financial modeling
- Support internal control and compliance requirements
- Identify process improvement and reporting automation opportunities
- Enhance financial reporting and planning tools
- Work closely with Finance leadership and operational stakeholders
- Support business decision-making with financial insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
- More than 4 years of experience in Audit, Financial Controlling or FP&A
- Experience supporting and preparing budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities
- Big4 experience is a high plus
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in process-automation tools (Power Query, Power BI) and AI-based productivity tools is a plus
- Proficient in English
