Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing, engineered products, security products, industrial technology, or similarly complex businesses
Demonstrated success driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational development
Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical, regulated, or customer-critical environments
Strong strategic, financial, operational, and commercial leadership capabilities
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrixed global organization
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
