About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform service and installation according to manufacturers’ recommended procedures and specifications
Install sliding, swinging, and rotating doors
Document time spent, job numbers, travel time, discrepancies, shortages, and jobsite inefficiencies
Maintain truck stock and inventory
Maintain company vehicle appearance and condition according to the vehicle maintenance agreement
Interface courteously and professionally with customers, end users, and general contractors
Participate in training programs
Perform all work safely to prevent accidents and protect people and property

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing electro-mechanical devices
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring
Access control systems knowledge is a plus
Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware preferred
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
Ability to lift up to 110 pounds, bend, and use power tools effectively
Must be at least 21 years old
Must successfully obtain AAADM certification within one year of employment and maintain certification as required
