About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform advanced setup, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment
  • Collate materials according to BOMs and identify BOM errors
  • Verify BOMs, materials, programs, artwork, and specifications
  • Diagnose and resolve non-routine process, equipment, and quality issues
  • Identify process trends, recurring defects, inefficiencies, and potential safety or quality issues
  • Initiate corrective actions within standard escalation guidelines
  • Operate across multiple machines, processes, or product lines with minimal supervision
  • Participate in root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation and validation of new equipment, processes, or product changes
  • Serve as a technical resource for Level 1 and Level 2 Machine Operators
  • Mentor, train, and coach lower-level operators on machine techniques, procedures, and quality checks
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and procedural standards
  • Lift up to 15 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a high level of attendance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience, including demonstrated MO2-level performance
  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing equipment, quality systems, and production processes
  • Demonstrated experience operating and setting up various machinery
  • Ability to train and mentor other operators
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required, including weekends
  • Obtain and maintain SF-85P Federal Clearance
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot beyond standard work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and Windows operating systems is preferred
  • Experience supporting process improvements or new equipment launches is preferred
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are preferred
  • Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the United States
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available
  • International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the hiring country will not be considered
