About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate CNC machinery to assemble components for high-security locks and keys
- Perform assembly and secondary machining
- Collaborate with peers and supervisor to coordinate production schedules

Requirements
What you’ll need- A High School diploma (or equivalency)
- Mechanically inclined with a knack for mathematics and technology
- Physical ability to understand, operate, and troubleshoot machinery
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Agility to navigate a manufacturing production floor
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate CNC machinery
