About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair teams
  • Establish daily priorities, staffing plans, schedules, and performance expectations
  • Own daily and weekly operating performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory accuracy, productivity, and repair/service KPIs and SLAs
  • Conduct performance reviews, analyze gaps and root causes, assign corrective actions, and report operating status and risks to the Operations Manager
  • Plan labor capacity, cross-training, workload balancing, and overtime
  • Recruit, interview, select, onboard, coach, develop, recognize, and retain employees
  • Coordinate Warehouse, Production, Repair, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service priorities
  • Resolve material constraints, order exceptions, backlogs, and customer-impacting issues
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through transaction discipline, cycle counts, reconciliation, and escalation of material availability risks
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and sustain gains through standard work and documented controls
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions, training records, and process controls
  • Lead safety compliance, workplace inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and risk-reduction activities
  • Ensure operational quality controls, nonconformance containment, corrective actions, and audit readiness
  • Manage assigned operating-budget elements and implement cost-reduction opportunities
  • Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance priorities to minimize downtime and maintain safe, reliable operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, repair, or operations leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience managing multiple functional teams
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees across multiple functional teams
  • Experience conducting performance reviews, resolving employee relations issues, and administering corrective actions and performance improvement plans
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, production, repair, inventory-control, and shipping/logistics processes
  • Experience managing operational KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable corrective actions
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methods
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and relevant reporting tools; Infor M3 knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of LTL, FTL, parcel shipping, freight compliance, and carrier requirements
  • Ability to plan labor, prioritize competing work, manage budgets or operating costs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and quality-system practices
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required
  • Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country
