About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan purchased needs generated automatically by the ERP
- Confirm and program internal and external client needs in the ERP
- Coordinate daily with the site Production Manager
- Plan and execute production needs between internal companies
- Update delivery-date information for each production-needs line
- Plan and purchase traded goods according to the defined forecast
- Analyze and control raw-material and traded-goods stocks
- Update minimum stock levels and forecasts
- Prepare raw-material forecast data by category for the Purchase Department
- Follow up on raw-material and traded-goods delivery dates according to production needs
- Support management in ensuring materials and goods are planned and purchased at the right level
- Maintain inventory levels aligned with defined requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Industrial Management Engineering
- Good level of English written and spoken (minimum B1)
- Good level of Spanish is valuable
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position in industrial companies
- Experience managing groups of people is valuable
- Leadership and communication capacity is valuable
