About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop requirements for projects and act as the voice of customers for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Own development of requirements for NPI/CPI projects under Senior Product Manager guidance
- Maintain accountability across project gateway stages from initiation through product launch
- Quantify post-launch performance
- Align continuously with regional stakeholders and communicate changes and updates
- Build trusted relationships to gain stakeholder confidence
- Collaborate with product owners and R&D teams to balance cost, quality, and speed to market
- Support product backlog prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches and market adoption
- Maintain product-perspective accountability and alignment with operational teams
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Report to the Senior Product Manager (KAM Software)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Product Management
- Experience in software products
- Experience with hardware products and/or exposure to AI-assisted software development tools will be an advantage
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize time to focus on the most important issues at the right time
- Good at collaborating with a team and a proactive problem-solver
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering or other relevant subject is a plus
- Travel required: 11%-30%
