About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop product requirements for projects and act as the voice of customers for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Own requirements development for NPI/CPI projects under the Senior Product Manager's guidance
- Maintain accountability across project gateway stages from initiation through product launch
- Quantify post-launch performance
- Align continuously with regional stakeholders and communicate changes or updates in a timely manner
- Build trusted relationships to gain stakeholder confidence
- Collaborate with product owners and R&D teams to balance cost, quality, and speed to market
- Support product backlog prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Ensure alignment with evolving requirements and resolve changes early and appropriately
- Advocate for user needs and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for successful launches and market adoption
- Maintain product-perspective accountability through alignment with operational teams
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Product Management
- Experience with software products
- Experience with hardware products and/or exposure to AI-assisted software development tools is an advantage
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize time to focus on the most important issues at the right time
- Ability to collaborate with a team and proactively solve problems
- Willingness or ability to travel 11%-30% as required by the role
