Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 4 years’ experience in a related role
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and quality principles
Excellent customer service
Leadership, coaching and guidance abilities
Ability to lead change and innovation
Collaborative teamwork skills
Spanish fluency would be great
