Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate workflow for Shipping, Packaging, Assembly, or Drill Operations
Ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Ensure scheduled production is completed on time
Support the safety and productivity of employees assigned to the designated shift
Enforce safety and processing procedures
Communicate effectively between supervisors, management, and operators
Train new employees and coach existing employees
Carry out directives regarding work to be completed in a timely manner
Report material damage or shortages to the Department Supervisor
Support and comply with safety programs
Report injuries and wear proper clothing and shoes
Keep immediate and overall department work areas clean and organized
Perform other duties, including work in other departments, to support overall company operations

Requirements

Ability to work in walking, standing, or sitting positions for prolonged durations
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
Ability to climb scaffolding/ladders, work at heights, enter confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs routinely
