About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure all aspects of service are in place and deliver high customer satisfaction
Act as a point of escalation when necessary
Provide pre-sales support when needed
Deliver and manage multiple projects in line with delivery plans, quality plans, and budgets
Create and maintain project plans, assign duties, manage P&L, track costs against budget, and ensure timely change control and customer approvals
Act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams
Chair regular reviews, escalate issues, and report progress to clients and management
Record time according to company policy
Ensure accurate forecasting for invoicing and revenue recognition
Assist successful project transition into operations
Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets
Manage risks and issues with contingency planning
Conform to TRAKA governance throughout the project lifecycle
Work with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to identify opportunities, drive improvements, assist business growth, and travel to customer sites when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Holds a qualification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or APM, with proven experience in leading projects within the technical/technology industry
Experience managing people, including leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience managing risks and issues
Flexible attitude towards working hours
Strong dedication to successful project delivery
Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
Accurate and professional reporting skills
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
High standards in forecasting and governance
Strong IT skills, including software installation and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Awareness of databases, preferably Microsoft SQL, and networking fundamentals is an asset
Travel to customer sites when required
