About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead agile product development teams to establish and maintain continuous flow of business value
  • Coach scrum teams on Scrum/Agile practices
  • Lead recurring daily scrum meetings
  • Conduct sprint retrospectives
  • Communicate business expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve business goals
  • Identify and manage dependencies and the critical path to product launch
  • Conduct status reviews for executives
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines using analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Maintain project management systems and documentation
  • Support product launches through procurement and operational activities
  • Assist the organization with establishing practices aligned with ISO requirements
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience leading projects
  • PMP certification preferred
  • SAFe certification preferred
  • Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Engineering background considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira or similar
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as JD Edwards
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions in English
  • Experience with change management practices
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply logic or scientific thinking to intellectual and practical problems
  • Ability to work near moderate to loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and moving mechanical parts
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, use hands, reach with hands and arms, communicate clearly, and lift up to 10 pounds
