Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple development projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, budgets, and priorities
- Drive projects within digital locking solutions, including ABLOY PULSE and CLIQ
- Bring together software, electronics, and mechanical engineering expertise
- Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Define objectives, resource needs, costs, and timelines
- Ensure technical feasibility and high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, programme managers, and other key stakeholders across the ASSA ABLOY Group
- Report to the Director & Head of Product Line Management for the Key-based Digital Cylinders Product Unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong project management skills and a structured approach to delivering results
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- High levels of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on approach and confidence to drive projects forward independently
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects involving mechanics, electronics, embedded software, and software solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in both English and Finnish is required
- Final candidates may be subject to background screening, subject to consent
