Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interface with customers, field technicians, other departments, and management-level associates, with a focus on customer service
  • Grow the local services business by developing new account opportunities
  • Maintain existing customer relationships within the territory
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding work schedules and expectations
  • Meet monthly and quarterly service sales quotas

Requirements
