About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve individual sales targets
- Develop comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional advice on products and services
- Maintain high engagement with customers and ensure customer-service quality standards
- Explain and perform product demonstrations on features and functions
- Provide support to tradeshows and roadshows
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements
What you’ll need- GCE N Level and above
- Comfortable to work in retail industry
- High level of motivation and drive to meet monthly sales target
- Willingness to work retail hours: 5 days per week, 44 hours per week including weekends and public holidays
- Location: Singapore
