About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the activities of the Software Architecture team, overseeing the distribution of tasks, priorities, and weekly deliverables.
  • Monitor the team’s operational capacity, ensuring an appropriate balance of activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Proactively identify risks, deviations, and potential project delays, implementing preventive measures to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Continuously track architecture initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the area’s strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary support for the Architecture Management team, fostering alignment between strategic guidelines and the team’s operational execution.
  • Guide and develop team members, providing technical leadership and coordination, including oversight of the area’s Junior Analyst.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas, and vendors, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
  • Ensure the adoption of architecture, development, and technology governance best practices in projects under your responsibility.
  • Track team performance, productivity, and delivery progress indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Software Architecture and cloud solutions, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle OCI.
  • Knowledge of modern languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, Python, React, and Angular.
  • Experience using Jira to manage and track projects and requests.
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and technical team management.
  • Previous experience coordinating technical teams or serving as a technical reference.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Oracle OCI) are a plus.
  • Residing in São Paulo or areas near the headquarters is a plus.
