About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze architectural drawings and documents
- Consolidate technical information by collecting data from projects
- Keep databases up to date
- Prepare reports and performance indicators
- Track the receipt of projects and documents
- Support the architecture team with information and materials
- Make graphic and textual adjustments to standardize documents
- Manage requests and the submission of projects and information to internal departments
- Support the control and organization of the file network
- Prepare graphic materials and configure files/sheets for drawing deliverables
- Ensure the control and organization of supplies and equipment for the department
- Submit requests for assets and supplies through the Coupa system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and related technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and project visualization
- Experience or exposure to construction site supervision, projects, or processes related to the construction industry
- Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel
- Familiarity with document organization and control
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Engineering, or completion of a Technical Diploma in Building Construction
