About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical and functional focal point for integrations
- Maintain and enhance integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, files, RPA, and messaging)
- Monitor critical integrations (logs, queues, rejections, and failures)
- Gather requirements from Finance teams
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes (ITIL)
- Support integration, automation, and improvement projects
- Work with vendors and consulting firms
- Document workflows, integrations, and business rules
- Support audits, Compliance, and IT governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with acquiring, payment methods, and digital accounts
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and files)
- Experience in critical enterprise environments
- Knowledge of SQL (data querying and analysis)
- Knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK)
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
