About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key support resource for the Commercial, Operations, and Planning teams by providing analyses, KPIs, and business performance information
  • Develop, update, and enhance sales reports for digital channels, focusing on Last Mile and Mercado Livre operations
  • Consolidate and analyze key commercial and operational performance indicators, identifying variances, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and provide the data and KPIs used in weekly SO&E (Sales & Operations Execution) meetings, ensuring information is consistent and up to date
  • Structure, organize, and maintain databases related to sales, NRT iFood, temporary teams, and Headcount (HC)
  • Monitor productivity, operational capacity, and workforce sizing indicators, supporting planning and operations analyses
  • Ensure the integrity, reliability, and standardization of information used in management reports and analyses
  • Develop dashboards and tracking tools that provide greater visibility into results and enable faster decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve data collection, consolidation, and distribution processes
  • Support ad hoc requests and strategic analyses related to digital channel performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis, performance indicators, and preparation of management reports
  • Advanced Excel skills, including database processing, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience consolidating, organizing, and maintaining databases
  • Analytical ability to interpret results, identify variances, and present recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different business areas
  • Organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, delivery, or Last Mile operations
  • Knowledge of Mercado Livre and iFood operations
  • Familiarity with commercial and operational planning processes, particularly SO&E routines
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or data automation and processing tools
  • Experience with productivity indicators, workforce sizing, and Headcount management
