About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale the APM and ASM teams serving Enterprise and Strategic accounts
- Own the hiring bar, team structure, and career development as the function grows
- Serve as executive owner for the largest accounts, working directly with customer VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Own account rollout plans, including sequencing, capacity, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs
- Own portfolio performance, including time-to-launch, agent performance, abandonment, hold time, conversion, and staffing capacity
- Identify systemic risk before it becomes an escalation
- Lead the most complex deployments and escalations
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on handoffs, expansion, and renewal risk
- Build the Enterprise playbook covering scoping, account planning, executive reporting, and expansion across use cases
- Bring strategic customer insights to Product and Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 to 10 years across consulting, investment banking, or tech, ideally at MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Google, Amazon, or Meta
- Experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup
- Operator experience, such as founding a company, running operations, or holding GM or P&L responsibility
- Experience leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise rollouts and digital or AI transformations, including change management
- Executive presence with senior customer and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven people leadership, including hiring, developing, and managing teams
- Systems thinking and capacity modeling
- Willingness to push back on customers, Sales, and leadership when commitments are unrealistic
- Experience building or implementing AI solutions, or using AI to build agents and systems
- Comfort with ambiguity
- STEM degree or advanced degree (nice to have)
- Healthcare experience, ideally in patient access, scheduling, contact center, or digital front door (nice to have)
- Experience implementing software inside Epic or other EHRs (nice to have)
- Familiarity with contact center and VOIP platforms, including Genesys, NICE, Five9, Cisco, RingCentral, and Twilio (nice to have)
- Experience with AI governance, clinical safety, and responsible-AI review (nice to have)
