About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive qualified pipeline and revenue through scalable, measurable demand programs across enterprise and mid-market health systems and provider groups
  • Partner with the ABM Manager to execute targeted account-based programs using paid media, email marketing, sponsored content, paid social, and web
  • Run paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, content syndication, and industry partnerships
  • Work with external agencies to test, learn, and optimize campaigns for pipeline quality
  • Run email marketing and lead nurturing programs to educate buyers, build trust, and move prospects from interest to opportunity
  • Track success metrics, dashboards, and reporting connecting programs to pipeline and revenue
  • Analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and guide prioritization and iteration with data
  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, scoring, and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to build assets and communicate Assort's value
  • Identify successful programs, systematize them, and expand program reach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Healthcare technology experience is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience executing and running campaigns day-to-day
  • Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for SDRs through highly targeted campaigns
  • Experience supporting effective sales enablement processes
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ABM, Product Marketing, and Sales
  • Strong Sales partnership experience, including lead management and scoring, enablement, and feedback loops
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing platforms such as 6Sense, DemandBase, Vector.co, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort making data-driven decisions and running experiments
  • Strong drive, work ethic, and results-driven operating style
  • High personal standard of excellence
  • Self-starting mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office three days a week or relocate
