About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze performance across products, price bands, plan types, clients, markets, channels, and customer groups
  • Identify pricing opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging risks
  • Develop forecasts, financial scenarios, and sensitivity analyses
  • Build, validate, document, and maintain statistical models using regression, forecasting, segmentation, and time-series analysis
  • Design and evaluate structured pricing tests with hypotheses, comparison groups, success measures, sample requirements, decision criteria, and business guardrails
  • Assess statistical reliability and commercial significance of results while accounting for seasonality, promotions, product mix, channel mix, competitor activity, and market conditions
  • Incorporate competitor pricing, product structure, protection-plan coverage, promotional activity, and market changes into pricing recommendations
  • Partner with Product, Account Management, Finance, Actuarial, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and client-facing teams
  • Maintain traceable documentation for data sources, model versions, assumptions, test designs, approvals, pricing changes, and outcomes
  • Create dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials communicating performance, opportunities, risks, financial impact, assumptions, confidence levels, and recommended actions
  • Coordinate analytical workstreams and cross-functional contributors without direct reports
  • Support pricing decisions across device and product protection programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, finance, business analytics, operations research, engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent relevant professional background where permitted by company policy
  • Minimum of 3 years in pricing analytics, revenue management, financial analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, applied statistics, or a related quantitative role
  • Ability to analyze transactional, sales, product, pricing, customer, or program performance data and work with large datasets from multiple sources
  • Track record of developing analytical models and translating quantitative findings into clear business recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, including regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sampling, and model evaluation
  • Experience designing or evaluating controlled tests, comparison groups, pilot programs, or phased business changes
  • Proficiency in forecasting, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact assessment
  • Familiarity with SQL and at least one analytical programming language, preferably Python or R
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Employment contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by applicable law
  • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video
