About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct and research quality reviews based on client, regulatory, or internal requirements
- Analyze records, reports, internal and client systems, regulations, and operating procedures
- Review, track, and monitor the accuracy of work processed by Global Housing Operations domestically and offshore
- Conduct follow-up research and targeted reviews and recommend improvements
- Interpret documented procedures and apply standards across multiple clients
- Assist with research-related activities supporting process improvement initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise for process and procedure enhancements based on review observations and best practices
- Support and participate in calibration sessions
- Provide subject matter expertise for new projects or services and assist with developing quality initiatives
- Mentor and coach new associates
- Assist with training and directing work assignments
- Monitor the work of audit team members as needed
- Summarize review results and provide them to the business and clients routinely
- Use performance results to support individual and team development, training, and monitoring against client, federal, and state standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of insurance, mortgage, or financial services experience
- 2 years of experience utilizing data analysis and improvement tools
- 1 year of auditing experience within auditing applications or supporting applications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet key performance indicators
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedural and regulatory documentation to review activity
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of quality review systems
- Experience with call quality recording systems
- Understanding of sampling methodology
- Ability to execute work and meet stated deadlines
- Demonstrated problem resolution skills
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance governing mortgage, insurance, and/or financial services
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to travel to the office for work-related activities, if required
