About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of category and sub-category sourcing strategies for goods and services, particularly within facilities management
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into sourcing plans and processes
  • Advise business areas as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including timely delivery, budget adherence, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and identify new partners
  • Monitor compliance with organizational sourcing processes throughout the procurement lifecycle
  • Create, manage, and optimize category or sub-category strategy plans and sourcing pipelines
  • Oversee contract administration, documentation, reporting, and management-review materials
  • Use Jaggaer, Corrigo, CMMS systems, SAP, and other procurement and sourcing tools to manage purchase orders, supplier data, and inventory-related activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facilities management sourcing needs and resolve procurement issues
  • Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and recommend sourcing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of prior contract and sourcing experience, preferably within the facilities management industry
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement or purchasing, including sourcing techniques and supply chain management
  • Previous hands-on experience with Jaggaer procurement systems
  • Previous hands-on experience with Corrigo and CMMS platforms
  • Experience working with purchase orders, SAP, and inventory-related processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and contract discussions
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support strategic sourcing and supplier selection
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Corrigo and Aravo experience is highly desirable
  • Previous facilities management experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities
  • Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and remote stakeholder engagement
  • Experience acting as an internal consultant on procurement processes and compliance
