Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in vendor management within a human resources or related function
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the HR field
  • Ability to research, interpret, and analyze human resources data to support decision-making
  • Capability to work under general supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to plan and accomplish goals with limited guidance
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in human resources or a related area
  • Ability to exercise creativity and initiative when addressing HR challenges and process improvements
  • Comfort working with a variety of tasks and adapting to evolving role specifics as they are defined
  • Reliable internet access
  • Comfort with digital communication tools
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining professional standards
