About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor technical development teams delivering complex Salesforce projects
  • Drive presales activities, including RFP responses, effort estimation, technical demos, and client presentations
  • Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce best practices, system integration, and process improvements
  • Own technical project health and resolve issues and roadblocks with stakeholders
  • Apply human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP building
  • Architect and implement autonomous workflows using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine traces, custom Flows, Apex actions, and external endpoints
  • Use Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and the Einstein Trust Layer to securely ground AI agents
  • Define and oversee scalable solutions using the Lightning Framework and Salesforce APIs
  • Monitor Salesforce market trends and emerging features to provide thought leadership
  • Align team execution with customer needs and architectural standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years of enterprise experience in Solution Architecture, Lead Business Analysis, or CRM Product Management, with a heavy focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
  • Experience in multi-entity manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industrial environments with complex customer structures and custom pricing or quoting rules
  • Direct experience configuring Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Atlas Reasoning Engine
  • Experience connecting agents to Flows, Apex, and external REST/MuleSoft endpoints
  • Expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and the Einstein Trust Layer
  • Strong background in human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP prototyping
  • Deep understanding of enterprise event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub API, identity/SSO management, and Large Data Volume governance
  • Experience with D365, Snowflake, and MuleSoft
  • Formal recognition across Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect tracks, including examples such as Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or Platform Developer II
  • Hands-on experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, authoring functional design documents, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Salesforce MVP or Agentblazer Champion/Legend recognition is a plus
