  • Develop integrated clinical and comprehensive development strategies across cell therapy platforms
  • Lead competitive pipeline, portfolio, and lifecycle management initiatives
  • Own insights generation for R&D and commercial activities
  • Guide competitive intelligence, customer insight, market intelligence, and analytics
  • Shape differentiated brands, early assets, business development opportunities, and Therapeutic Area strategies
  • Ensure robustness and transparency of PH3ID forecasts
  • Synthesize insights for strategic recommendations and internal and external communications
  • Create and curate evidence banks from real-world data sources to support forecasts
  • Build referral capabilities between disease areas and Cell Therapy delivery centers
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop disease-area strategy content
  • Provide strategic counsel to clinical, commercial, medical affairs, and senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS and 10 years of experience in life sciences or a consulting firm focused on life science programs, OR MS/MBA and 8+ years of experience, OR PhD or MD and 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executive teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence experienced professionals
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, anticipate and solve problems
  • Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills with a consultative approach
  • Operational effectiveness and highly organized processes with follow-through
  • Strong initiative to understand core business goals and establish processes or programs
  • Financial background and understanding of forecasts, budgets, financial activities, and tools
  • Experience in strategic planning processes and tools
  • Scientific background
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical business, including R&D
  • Experience translating business needs into a coordinated plan from a cross-functional senior leadership team
  • Ability to develop creative and simple solutions to complex problems
