About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate clinical demand for AstraZeneca brands in key accounts
  • Identify business opportunities and propose solutions to drive and develop business
  • Develop strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare professionals, Key External Experts, and other partners
  • Promote knowledge of rare-disease medicines, approved indications, efficacy and safety profiles, and treatment protocols through face-to-face and digital channels
  • Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and partners
  • Coordinate workshops and educational events for healthcare professionals
  • Work with the Field Force Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies and actions
  • Lead the allocated budget
  • Share insights to strengthen brand positioning, promotional efforts, and access to treatment
  • Ensure efficient use of rare-disease products in line with national/local guidelines and product licenses
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable laws, policies, marketing procedures, Code of Conduct, and company values
  • Perform other duties within the position’s scope as assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree; preference for Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
  • Passion for science and commitment to making a positive impact

  • Strong communication skills for engaging mid- and senior-level specialty care professionals and key medical-community accounts
