Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience working in research and/or with data, analysis and fact-based decision-making
  • Background in oncology, clinical/research, or investment analysis
  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply and clearly
  • Critical, innovative, creative, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent analysis and fact-based decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization
  • Preferred: PhD in Life Sciences, MD, or MBA
  • Preferred: Background in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or finance
  • Preferred: Deep experience with clinical data and analysis, financial models, and industry trends
  • Preferred: Oncology therapy-area expertise and pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience
  • Preferred: Understanding of clinical data, clinical trial design, or regulatory frameworks
