About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support and expert therapeutic advice to oncology specialists in hospitals and private practice
  • Build, develop, and maintain strategic networks with relevant oncology stakeholders
  • Identify and develop regional collaboration opportunities to optimize patient care for breast cancer
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and initiate and support scientific and educational activities
  • Analyze market data, conduct market and potential analyses, and identify market opportunities
  • Implement the company strategy as well as training and education concepts
  • Prepare account plans and manage the budget responsibly
  • Implement account strategies and plans in compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Marketing to optimize marketing, sales, and medical activities
  • Attend congresses, sponsorship events, and other events to maintain customer relationships and support professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a natural science, or equivalent training, or certification as a pharmaceutical sales representative
  • Field sales or account management experience in oncology, preferably with a focus on breast cancer
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong networks within the oncology care landscape
  • A network of relevant key opinion leaders, breast centers, and decision-makers within the territory is desirable
  • Ideally based within or close to the sales territory
  • Sound product, market, and customer knowledge, as well as an understanding of healthcare policy and related contexts
  • Confident presence, persuasive communication, and the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, high motivation, and initiative
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
