About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and expert therapeutic advice to oncology specialists in hospitals and private practice
- Establish, develop, and sustainably maintain strategic networks with relevant oncology stakeholders
- Identify and develop regional collaboration opportunities to optimize patient care in breast cancer
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and initiate and support scientific and educational activities
- Analyze and evaluate market data and conduct market and potential analyses
- Implement the company strategy as well as training and development concepts
- Create account plans and manage the available budget responsibly
- Implement account strategies and plans in compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Sales, Medical, and Marketing
- Attend congresses, sponsored activities, and events for customer relationship management and professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed a degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent training, or certification as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Field sales or account management experience in oncology, preferably with a focus on breast cancer
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong networks within the oncology healthcare landscape
- An established network of relevant key opinion leaders, breast centers, and decision-makers within the territory is desirable
- Ideally based within the sales territory or in its immediate vicinity
- In-depth knowledge of products, markets, and customers
- Understanding of healthcare policy and its implications
- Confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic manner
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, high commitment, and initiative
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
