Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement
Establish program structures and develop scalable planning and reporting frameworks
Coordinate dependencies across engineering, operations, integration, logistics, supply chain, inventory, vendors, and other stakeholders
Translate business and operational requirements into executable plans
Develop forecasting and performance management solutions
Identify risks and constraints and provide leadership with actionable decision-making insight
Drive program enablement and continuous improvement through process development, automation, AI-assisted solutions, knowledge management, and standardized documentation
Develop project charters, scope documents, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and work plans
Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments
Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance
Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders
Develop risk mitigation strategies and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts
Use quantitative and qualitative data to optimize project outcomes
Oversee project budgets, forecast and track expenses, and report variances
Negotiate and coordinate vendor and third-party service provider contracts
Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings
Manage change requests and maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini)
Hands-on experience using next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal/external systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets
5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, infrastructure deployment, operations, or a related field within IT, Network Infrastructure, Engineering, or related industries
Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or other company locations as needed
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require
