About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Rivermine solutions.
- Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, user roles, permissions, and system enhancements.
- Design and support integrations, data flows, interfaces, and data mappings between Rivermine and enterprise systems.
- Serve as the technical SME for Rivermine architecture, platform capabilities, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, scalability, maintainability, and downstream impacts.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, automation, reliability, and improved usability.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ Years of experience with Tangoe Rivermine Telecom Expense Management System.
- Bachelors and Master Degree in related field
