About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage incoming incidents in 3rd-level support
- Analyze, assess, prioritize, and classify faults and error messages
- Perform technical error and log analysis and develop solution approaches and workarounds
- Coordinate incident resolution in close cooperation with 2nd-level support and the development team
- Assign and track support cases within the support and development teams
- Identify and derive bug issues from incident cases
- Ensure transparent documentation of incidents, workarounds, and solutions
- Identify error patterns and derive improvement measures
- Actively contribute to the further development of VISIT, a software solution for visitor and yard management, through new features and enhancements
- Implement bug fixes and technical optimizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed STEM degree, such as (business) computer science, mathematics, or physics, or equivalent training, e.g., as an IT specialist for application development
- Good to very good knowledge of and professional experience in developing and maintaining web applications using C#/.NET
- Experience in 3rd-level support for web applications is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of error, log, and root cause analysis is an advantage
- Experience in incident management and coordinating support cases is an advantage
- Good knowledge of ASP.NET and SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a professional manner when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and good English language skills
