About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end client implementations of Asure’s payroll tax product
- Identify client business requirements during discovery
- Configure Asure’s tax solution based on client requirements
- Deliver group presentations and training sessions
- Validate outcomes through testing and ensure configuration accuracy
- Successfully complete implementations and support clients through their first two successful payrolls
- Deliver implementation results on time and drive product and procedure adoption
- Provide status reports and project updates to the project team
- Anticipate and resolve project hurdles by coordinating with clients and internal teams
- Create client advocacy and support positive customer references
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of supporting clients with their US payroll and/or tax processing
- 2+ years of success in a dedicated account ownership service model
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check at employment offer
