About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end process optimization within Salesforce across prospecting, opportunity management, onboarding, and account management
- Identify client-lifecycle friction points and implement configuration or automation fixes
- Prioritize and execute approved go-to-market change requests with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Client Implementation stakeholders
- Co-lead training and adoption initiatives for new Salesforce features and process changes
- Partner with RevOps leadership to align Salesforce data structures with forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting needs
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Support Salesforce application projects through design, configuration, testing, and sandbox-to-production migration
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server and software issues
- Provide responsive technical support
- Triage, estimate, and prioritize enhancement requests for the CRM roadmap
- Create and maintain documentation for technologies, configurations, process changes, and policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with in-depth systems administration of Salesforce, CRM, and other cloud-hosted applications is required
- Experience designing/installing new systems or adding significant new functionality to existing systems is required
- Experience with user and user access administration is required
- Experience with local, virtual, and web-based system access methods is required
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and dashboard/report-building within Salesforce is preferred
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred
- Experience with background screening is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
- Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate degree in computer science, information technology or a related field is preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required
- If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required
- Normal Eastern Time Zone business hours availability
- Occasional travel, including possible overnight travel
- Ability to maintain a safe, secure, ergonomically sound remote workspace and standard Internet speeds
