About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations
- Assist with merchandising and product launches
- Help meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services
- Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
- Manage and develop the store team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
- Professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
- Ability to take initiative, strive, and create results
