About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Store Manager in daily retail store operations
Drive sales and help meet or exceed sales objectives
Ensure exceptional customer service and extraordinary customer experiences
Optimize operational efficiency to achieve store performance goals
Oversee store operations and help manage and develop the team
Assist with merchandising and product launches
Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
Coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
Partner with the Store Manager on all aspects of daily store operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
Professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
Initiative and results orientation
