About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations
  • Assist with merchandising and product launches
  • Help meet and exceed sales objectives

  • Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
  • Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
  • Initiative and results-oriented approach
