About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the design, development, and operation of technology solutions supporting the Marketing and Product Organization
Oversee strategy, technical roadmaps, and business cases for new applications and enhancements, including products, pricing, offers, and promotions
Ensure the team serves as the voice of the customer and provides subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications
Supervise technical project execution using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development
Manage requirements definition, code writing, documentation, user story creation, test case execution, application debugging, and user interactions
Oversee training and support for marketing and sales teams
Manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation
Lead day-to-day operational management of related initiatives
Supervise entry-level and career-level staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Experience supervising cross-functional teams
Experience defining technology strategy, technical roadmaps, and business cases
Expertise in marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications
Experience executing technical projects using Agile methodology and standard Agile tools
Experience with Epic creation and User Story development
Experience defining requirements, writing code, creating documentation, executing test cases, debugging applications, and managing user interactions
Experience providing training and support to marketing and sales teams
Experience managing system settings, planning and executing testing, and preparing channel readiness documentation
Ability to influence hiring, firing, disciplinary, promotional, and pay decisions for subordinates
